INTRODUCTION
The Aerospace Engineering program is designed to provide a better understanding of basic physical phenomena and basic knowledge in design, analysis,
and construction of aerospace vehicle systems such as commercial and military aircraft, helicopters, and other type of rotorcraft
used for air transportation and national defense, as well as space vehicle and satellite, including launch systems.Aerospace vehicles are complex systems,
and their optimum design and construction involve the coordinated application of several technical disciplines, including aerodynamics, structural analysis and design, stability and control, aero-elasticity, performance analysis, and propulsion system technology.
The undergraduate program in aerospace engineering emphasizes the fundamental disciplines, and it therefore provides solid bases for professional career development in the industry and a strong background for advanced graduate studies in aerospace engineering.
Aerospace engineering, which is a high technology and high-valued industry, puts a constant demand on research and development.
Aerospace engineers are generally well versed in applied mathematics and fundamental engineering sciences, and work well in a challenging and highly professional field.
